When I was a kid and the world was collectively viewed through a warm yellow hued lens, breakfast involved shoving a bucket of wheat dusted sugar into our cheeks so we, dressed like tiny bankers, could concentrate better while being schooled by fat halitosis farmers.

Our morning sustenance was sold to us by smiling puppets and cartoon characters on TV who told us not to worry, that everything will be grrrrrreat with their fingers crossed behind their backs.
