Milk is boring which is why we mix it with sleep diminishing amounts of sugar and colourings for added aesthetics and desirability. Liquid is also hard to carry around with our monkey hands so we froze it onto sticks. Seems like a clever solution to carrying boring white milk around in cupped hands, right? Wrong. We've traded un-portability and dull aesthetics for mystery headaches. The ice cream doesn't even touch our brains, why must it hurt so? I weep.
